Our mission is to ensure patients’ real-world experiences and insights guide Sanofi’s endeavors, from identifying research priorities and developing our products to shaping patient programs.

We do this by working with patients to learn how treatments fit into their lives and where they fall short.

DESIGNING SOLUTIONS THAT IMPROVE HEALTH OUTCOMES AND QUALITY OF LIFE

We work with patients to inform and empower them to manage their conditions. This includes designing “around the pill” solutions using devices and interventions that apply behavioral science to achieve optimal outcomes.

We monitor the real-world impacts of our solutions to ensure continuous quality improvement and optimize therapeutic choices made by health care professionals and patients.

BUILDING PATIENT-CENTEREDNESS ACROSS OUR COMPANY

Just as we partner with patients, we are partnering with Sanofi colleagues, helping to integrate patient-centered strategies across the organization by providing resources and training to make patient centeredness a core part of our business - from clinical research and monitoring of drug safety and efficacy to documenting the value our products and services bring to patients.
